ATTORNEY AT LAW
Ashley specializes in business law and estate planning. She has a passion for entrepreneurship, small businesses, technology and asset protection planning. Ashley works to solve her client's needs by providing solutions in an efficient and effective manner.
Ashley is not only an entrepreneur and business owner herself but she also comes from a family of entrepreneurs. The practical knowledge she gained from growing up around business-focused individuals and her past work experience enable her to understand the risks and opportunities facing her clients and allow her to consider the broader impact to ensure her clients make the appropriate legal decisions and have effective documents in place. Most of all, she enjoys supporting and advising people as they pursue their dreams, develop ideas, and protect their assets.
Ashley was born in Tampa but had the pleasure of growing up in Budapest, Hungary. Ashley earned her law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law. She started her legal career in Washington, D.C. in the international development field while working at The World Bank. She then moved into the financial regulatory sector by working at FINRA. After a some time in D.C., Ashley decided it was time to return home to Tampa where she started her solo practice.
Since moving to Tampa, Ashley has become active in the community. Ashley is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem, where she advocates for the best interests of children in foster care. Through her volunteer work with the Junior League of Tampa, she focuses her efforts on projects to confront modern day slavery (human trafficking). She is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and is a graduate of the City of Tampa Mayor's Neighborhood University.
Ashley is passionate about the rule of law and seeks to make a wave in our community by educating others about how to protect their hard work and family legacy. Ashley lives in Tampa with her husband, Seaver, and wheaten terrier, Penelope.
